Proper sleep hygiene is often the most overlooked component of the health and fitness "stew".   Come learn how to maximize your down time!

Has your performance in the gym hit a wall?  Are you tired "all the time?"  Can't seem to lose that weight around your midsection?  Do you wake up in the middle of the night numerous times to use the bathroom?  Wake up "wired and tired" each day?  Have a mid afternoon crash?  Do you find yourself with a short temper, or have a tough time keeping a level head throughout the day?  These are just a few of the symptoms that you may not be getting enough (or good enough) sleep. 

We will cover all of this, and more.  We will also talk about what is happening to your body, your hormones, and the risk factors associated with inadequate sleep habits.  

Most importantly, we will discuss optimal sleep hygiene, and help you build a strategy for a better night's rest.  

Whether you're a high level athlete, weekend warrior, or simply just want to learn more about how to get a better night's rest, this clinic is for you.  This event is open to the public, so feel free to promote to your friends, family, and coworkers.  All are welcome!
