Everyone Loves Ribs

So we made these last summer and we haven't been able to stop. They are so good and easy. Ribs with a delicious dry rub.

Next time you are at Costco pick up some ribs and throw them in the crock pot for a few hours. Let me know what you think.

PaleoMG Fall-Off-The-Bone Ribs

  • 3 pounds baby back ribs
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fine sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon black powder
  • 1 1/2 cup BBQ of choice

-Mix sugar, salt and spices in a small bowl.

-Lay out the ribs on a baking sheet and use half the rub on one side and the other half on the other. Work it in to the meat at well as possible.

-Place ribs in the slow cooker we the the meat side out. Pour 1 cup of BBQ sauce over the ribs. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours

-Once done place them on a clean baking sheet under the broiler for 5 minutes.

-Serve with the rest of the BBQ Sauce.
