Pulled pork goes with everything



Who doesn't like pulled pork. Enjoy it with just the seasoning you cook it in or slather it in BBQ sauce you can add it to so much. Make a big batch in the slow cooker and have it for the next week, or even freeze some and use it in a couple weeks. 

We get the the pork roast from Costco but you can get it anywhere you shop. Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste and if you decide to double it.

Ingredients:

2 t paprika

2 t pepper

1 t thyme

1 t garlic powder

1 t salt

Mix these together and rub it on the pork. Then wrap it in plastic wrap over night and leave in the fridge. (if you forget or don't have the time, don't worry about this step. Just rub it on the pork and then throw it in the crock pot)

Put in the crockpot the next day with a cup of water. 

Let cook until it falls apart with just a couple forks. 

Shred and serve.

Put it on a bed of lettuce, or put it in a corn tortilla, or just eat it by itself.
