Group Classes are programmed to develop well rounded, powerful athletes by further developing the movements and 10 Essential skills we introduce during the Private Coaching phase of our program. Only after showing proficiency in performing and scaling the necessary movements, are you ready for the group class environment. The benefits of this approach are many, and the results our clients see speak for themselves!
Most athletes attend group classes multiple times per week choosing from one of many class times (Click here for Class Schedule). The social environment will give you a different sort of push, and will help you reach new heights of fitness.
