After your initial consultation with your Coach for Life, you will begin a series of one-on-one Private Coaching sessions. During these sessions, you will learn how to perform and scale the 10 to 40 key movements needed in order to be successful in one of our other programs (Lifting and/or Group Class). During this time, you will build strength, speed, power, and stamina. In addition, you will learn how to properly warm yourself up, and how to improve your mobility and proper recovery techniques, thus developing better body awareness and reducing your risk for injury. Private Coaching is also a great time to address your current diet and nutrition strategy with your coach in order to determine how to best fuel your goals!
Fundamentals is a great time to set both short and long-term goals and create a plan to achieve them. After a sufficient number of sessions (everyone is different), you will be ready to graduate to one of our other programs.Join Now
