Youth Weightlifting and Sports Performance

Our Youth Weightlifting & Sports Performance program is designed to make young athletes strong over the long haul and help them improve their performance and reduce the risk of injury in their current athletic endeavors.

Focusing on the proper mechanics across the foundational lifts (Squat/Press/Deadlift) this program is designed to get young athletes moving and building strength throughout a full range of motion.  

Over time, participants will begin to broaden their range of skills and movements to include tumbling, jumping, handstands, running, climbing ropes and basic gymnastics movements in order to create a broad athletic foundation to build upon. 

Athletes will also learn to set and achieve goals, learn about establishing a work ethic, and how to overcome adversity through consistent effort and proper attitude.
