Our 6 week program consists of:
- 18 LIVE WORKOUTS
- Monday 6:30pm/Wednesday 6:30pm/Saturday 1pm
- 21 BONUS WORKOUTS
- Extra Credit work as prescribed by your Coach
- NUTRITION PROGRAM
- We show you how to eat the foods you love while still losing weight and reaching your physique goals with a Flexible Eating Blueprint.
