Shout out goes to Terri!
She is 6 weeks into her fundamentals program and is making AWESOME progress!
Friday she set a PR (personal record) on her 1 mile run by 20 Seconds with 7:20! This might not sound like much but Terri has been a runner for years. The faster you get, the smaller your improvements become..... So this is a big deal!
Right after she finished her 1 mile run and caught her breath, Terri re-did the workout Named Helen and PR'd this!
Six weeks and improvement across the board!
Keep up the hard work Terri! So proud of you!
